As I have mentioned before, Mike and I don't get out to the movies much. Mostly because we would prefer to wait until they are much cheaper to see them via Redbox or the Cheapseats. However, for Valentines Day we decided to go out and use some movie passes I had gotten Mike for Christmas. We decided to go see "The Blind Side" at the local theater.
If you have not seen this movie- you need to. The difference that we can each make in someone's life is AMAZING! What we may not realize is the difference they can make in ours. This movie shows the true meaning of Christ Like Love for our neighbors. After seeing that movie I am constantly wondering what I can do to help my neighbors.
For those who don't know, this is based on the real life story of pro-football player Michael Oher (Spelling?). I definitely think it is one of the best, most heart-warming stories I have seen in a long time. I can't wait until it comes out on video so we can watch it again as part of a Family Home Evening.
I am so glad we went and saw this movie in theater!
