After doing the 101 things about me I feel like I should never post again. I think everyone knows everything they want to know about me and more.
Mike and I are really looking forward to the rest of this year. We have our anniversary in October, our birthdays in November (mine is the 8th, his the 23rd), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then New Years- which is when we are heading to Texas. Yeah!
For anyone who knows me I really like to plan activities for trips. So I need suggestions. We are visiting our friends in San Antonio, TX and they have 5 kids ages 2-10. We know we are spending New Years Eve at 6 Flags Fiesta Texas, and we want to see the Alamo. Anybody who has been there have any other suggestions. I think we may go to Sea World even though it is opened limited hours. We will be there a total of 5 full days (this is excluding the day we arrive and depart). Mike and I are both go, go, go, see, see, see people when we are on vacation so we want to have plenty of options. Is the gulf to cold to go walk on the beach? Probably not for us coming from the Idaho winter but maybe for our friends? Well, any ideas would be great.
We are also trying to plan a big trip for next year. We were thinking a weeklong drive down the west coast starting in Newport, Or and going down, ending up in San Diego where we would relax for a few days before heading home. We have to plan ahead of time because Mike has to put in the time off at the end of the year to make sure he can get it. Some other places we have thought of are Grand Canyon and Zions Nat. Park (in same trip), Disney Land again (we could also do this a few days on the tour de coast trip), Glacier Natl. Park. We are going to Navou and Winter Quarters and Mt Rushmore in about 2 years so we are trying to find something in the western states more. Any ideas are appreciated.

of course you still need to keep posting. :)
I love, love, love, Zions National Park. The grand Canyon was okay. Kind of the same view from several different points. And it costs a lot to hike inside anywhere.
Zions has tons of more things to do. Bryce Canyon is close to there too. St. George and Cedar City have outdoor theaters. Tuachan and Utah Shakespeare Fest.
Anyway, yeah. Good stuff. I love road trips!!
