As Mike and I were preparing to go to my sister's for Thanksgiving, I was doing a load of laundry. We have an old washer and dryer that we bought from my brother-in-law. The washer had just finished the first spin cycle and was entering the rinse cycle. All of a sudden I hear water just pouring onto the laundry room floor. I run in to find water everywhere. I turned off the washer and the water (which being short I could barely reach behind the washer to get it). Ran and got towels to soak up all the water. By the time Mike got in there to help, I had done all the hard work. Anyways, luckily, it was just the hose had gotten old and finally torn or gotten a hole. We were able to use just the cold water to rinse that batch. We replaced both hoses and so tonight, I was able to do some more laundry.
Thanksgiving was wonderful after that. We went to my sister Cathi's and ate and played games. It was a lot of fun.

The game tonight was awesome. I was so worried at half time. A gal I work with has a theory that if someone in our office orders Pizza we will win. So Mike ordered pizza for us and when I got home from work at half time we served ourselves just in time for the third quarter. I must say, it seemed to work.
